Apartment A + B Austria/Vienna 12th district In a calm but central location, approximately 150 metres from the underground. Journey time to the city centre by underground around 10 minutes. 10 minutes on foot to Schönbrunn Palace park. Pedestrianized shopping precinct approx. 200 metres. Within easy reach of the South and West Motorways. Free parking possible close to the house.

Apartment A: approx. 22m² 1room apartment for 1 or 2 people

Appartement. B:
approx. 40 m² 1 room apartment for 2 to 4 people

The apartments are well furnished, an have a fully fitted kitchen or kitchenette (including utensils an crockery), bedroom or shower, WC, heating, cable TV, mini-HiFi system, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, Bed and table linen and towels are included. The apartments are extremely well equipped !
Special
Minimum rental period at least 3 nights. For rental period longer then 21 days special arrangements are possible! Payment: 30 % on reservation on our account. Payment of balance in cash on receipt of keys. Transfer expenses to be covered by the tenant! Check-in from 15 p.m., on the day of the departure please check out till 10 a.m. Other arrangements by prior consultation only.
